Ibis Shanghai New Hongqiao

The property had a washer and dryer which made long stays a lot more convenient. I also in particular want to commend one staff by the name of Xiao Xu - she really understands hospitality! She helped me patiently as my booking did not show up on the hotel system - offering me coffee and cookies as it got sorted out. Later I forgot my electric toothbrush and she had it mailed to me. Very pleased with the stay and service. Highly recommended!

Everything is clean, the stuff is very nice. But they don’t speak English well.
